The WRX Club would like to invite you to our track day and Round 3 of our Motorsport Championship at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on the 3rd July 2021.

You don't have to be in a WRX to enter all cars are welcome, only club members earn points towards the championship.

You do have to have a current Motorsport Australia-Affiliated Club membership card, current Motorsport Australia SPEED Licence, (as applicable in Schedule L of the current Motorsport Australia Manual) must be produced at Sign In.

SCRUTINEERING
Please download, fill out and return the self-scrutiny checklist to motorsport@wrx.com.au prior to the event.

SELF SCRUTINY FORM

On the day, scrutineers will be roaming around checking cars.

Please ensure your vehicle is ready to be checked by removing any loose items and securely mount and tether cameras etc. Also make sure your extinguisher, helmet and FHR (where necessary) are placed on the front passenger seat.

COME AND TRY GROUP - $230 - MAX 20 ENTRIES - INCLUDES MOTORSPORT AUSTRALIA LICENSE FEE

The WRX Club will be running a single come and try group at this event aimed at introducing new members to Motorsport. The come and try component is untimed, and only valid for those that do not currently hold a L2S license or haven't purchased a Level 1 come and try license in the past twelve months.

Motorsport Australia Level 1 Come and Try Licenses are included in the cost of the come and try group entry fee ($205 base fee + $25 license)

Due to the single group nature of this event, two come and try drivers can not share the same vehicle 

This group will not form part of our championship

TRACK INFO, CATERING & GARAGE HIRE

Circuit opens at 7am, please arrive as early as possible to make sure we can start on time.

Entry is via the main gate (gate 1), and then go left via the small security office and then through the tunnel that leads to the garages and pit area.

There is no fuel at the venue so please plan ahead.

Phillip Islands canteen will be open for breakfast and lunch

Vehicles can be parked in the area behind the pit garages or in the garages. Please note there is a additional cost to hire a garage payable to venue staff who will come around during the day.
