The President and committee invites & welcomes all WRX Club members, guests & non-members to join them for this years Annual General Meeting (AGM) and information night for VicRoads Club Permits. 

The clubs AGM is a critical event to ensure the club continues. We are required to have a minimum of 10% of members present either in person,  or have filled out a proxy form. 

So if you are available, please do attend and register so we can ensure we order enough finger food. 

While we will need to cover official business for the AGM, we will endeavor to complete this as quickly as possible so we can get onto the information session on Club Permits to will give you all the info you need to understand how this works.

What if you can't attend in person but want to participate?

1. You can fill out a proxy form  and return to secretary@wrx.com.au prior to the event
2. Contact secretary@wrx.com.au and request to join by phone, if we get enough requests we may also provide a video\zoom option. 

Committee and getting involved

If you have ever considered joining the club committee, then now is the time to get involved! We always encourage new committee members to help the club grow and evolve.  You don't need any experience, just a passion for the club.

If you or a member you know would like to contribute ideas and help shape the next 12 months of this wonderful club, please submit a Nomination Form either prior or on the night of the AGM on the 23rd October 2025.....and we look forward to seeing you there.
