The President and committee invites & welcomes all WRX Club members, guests & non-members to join them for this years Annual General Meeting (AGM).

We require a quorum of approx. 1/10th of the eligible voting members to attend the evening, in order for the AGM to proceed and be valid....so please attend if you can!!   

But if you are unable to attend and want to have voice please contact the current Secretary on secretary@wrx.com.au  who can arrange a PROXY vote.

If there is interest we will be looking to arrange video calls for members unable to attend but also want to have a voice.

If you have ever considered joining the club committee, then now is the time to get involved! We always encourage new committee members to help the club grow and evolve.

N.B. Registering for the AGM is NOT mandatory, but is appreciated so that we can gauge whether a quorum of eligible voting members will be present.

Registration only requires your name & email address and you can remain Anonymous on this Event's Attendee List should you wish, by unticking the appropriate box when registering.

AGENDA 

The purpose of the evening is to:

• Receive & consider the Annual Report of the current committee at the end of their term.
  
• Receive & consider the Financial Statements of the club for the July 2024-June 2025 financial year, and
  
• Elect the new committee for the next 12 month term.

As per the club's Rules, all current committee positions will be declared vacant on the night, after which, elections for all positions will take place.
