What You Need to Enter

  • A valid Motorsport Australia Speed Licence or higher. If you do not have one, you must first join a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club: Join Us. Apply here: Motorsport Australia Registration.
  • Proof of current financial membership of a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club.
  • A compliant vehicle per Motorsport Australia requirements and these Supplementary Regulations.
  • A suitable helmet compliant with Schedule D.
  • Suitable apparel compliant with Schedule D of the Motorsport Australia Manual.

Cost

  • WRX Early Bird: $275 until 19th July
  • WRX Club Members: $290 from 20th July until 16th August
  • WRX Club Members Late Entry: $310 from 17th August
  • Non-Members: $340 until 16th August
  • Non-Members Late Entry: $360 from 17th August

Entries close: 5:00pm, 20th August 2026, or when maximum entries are reached, whichever is earlier.

VSSC: This event forms part of the 2026 Motorsport Australia Victorian Super Sprint Championship.


Before / Arrival / During

Before the event

  • Read the Supplementary Regulations.
  • Ensure access to your Motorsport Australia licence.
  • Have proof of current club membership.
  • Ensure your vehicle and apparel comply with Motorsport Australia requirements and the Supplementary Regulations.
  • Check your camera, phone, telemetry and mount setup if you intend to use any device in the vehicle.

Pre-event Drivers Briefing

We will conduct an online pre-event drivers briefing at 7pm, Thursday August 20th.

This is not mandatory, but highly recommended especially if you are new to track days, new to the venue or new to WRX Club days. Great chance for Q&A.

On arrival

  • Gates open at 7:00am.
  • Scrutineering starts at 7:30am.
  • Sign on with your Motorsport Australia licence and club membership proof.
  • Prepare your vehicle for scrutineering.
  • Attend the compulsory Drivers Briefing at 8:15am.

During the day

  • Timed sessions begin at 9:00am.
  • Timed sprint sessions are 12 minutes, green flag to chequered flag.
  • Lunch break is scheduled for 12:30pm.
  • Timed sessions resume at 1:00pm.
  • Track closes at 5:00pm.
  • Gates close at 5:30pm.
  • Listen for PA announcements.
  • Observe the 10kph pit area speed limit.
  • Follow all official instructions.
  • 95dB noise limit at 30m applies.

Logistics

Food & drink: Canteen will be available for breakfast, lunch and coffee's. 

Garages: Need to be booked in advance, $50 each. Book here

Timing: Timing will be by Dorian Timing System. Provisional results will be published as soon as possible after the event, with times available during the event at Natsoft Race Results.
