You MUST read the Supplementary Regulations below. These have been recently revised so make sure even if you are a regular you read them carefully.

What You Need to Enter

• A valid Motorsport Australia Speed Licence (or higher). If you do not have one, you must first join a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club: Join Us. Apply here: Motorsport Australia Registration.
• A compliant vehicle per Motorsport Australia and our Supplementary Regulations.
• A suitable helmet compliant with Schedule D (minimum AS 1698).
• Suitable apparel (ankle to wrist coverage in cotton and closed toe shoes).

Cost

• WRX Early Bird: $260 (Until 28th April)
• WRX Club Members: $275
• WRX Club Members Late Entry: $290 (From 18th May)
• Non Members: $340 (Until 17th May)
• Non Members Late Entry: $360 (From 18th May)

Entries close: 5:00pm, 21st May 2026

Before / Arrival / During

Before the event

• Read the Supplementary Regulations.
• Ensure access to your Motorsport Australia licence.
• Have proof of club membership.

Pre-event Drivers Briefing

We will conduct an online pre-event drivers briefing.

This is not mandatory, but highly recommended especially if you are new to track days, new to the venue or new to WRX Club days.

Thursday May 21st, 7pm – 8pm
Join Drivers Briefing (Microsoft Teams)

On arrival

• Arrive before 7:00am.
• Sign on with license and membership proof.
• Prepare vehicle for scrutineering.
• Attend Drivers Briefing (8:15am).

During the day

• Listen for PA announcements.
• Observe pit lane speed limit (10kph).
• Follow official instructions.
• 95dB noise limit at 30m applies.

Logistics

Food & drink: Canteen will be available for breakfast and lunch.
