Dear Members,

Please be advised that our Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is being held at 8pm on Thursday 17^th October 2013 at the Village Green Hotel, Cnr Springvale & Ferntree Gully Rds, Mulgrave Vic 3170.

The Agenda for the evening will include the following:

• To receive & consider the Annual Report of the current Committee at the end of their term.
• The Financial Statements of the Club for the previous Jul 2012 – Jun 2013 financial year, and
• To elect the new Committee.

As per the Club’s Rules, all current Committee positions will be declared vacant on the night, after which, elections for all positions will then take place.

The current Committee and I encourage as many of you as possible to attend this Annual General Meeting.
