You MUST read the Supplementary Regulations below. These have been recently revised so make sure even if you are a regular you read them carefully.

What You Need to Enter

• A valid Motorsport Australia Speed Licence (or higher). If you do not have one, you must first join a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club: Join Us. Apply here: Motorsport Australia Registration.
• A compliant vehicle per Motorsport Australia and our Supplementary Regulations.
• A suitable helmet compliant with Schedule D (minimum AS 1698).
• Suitable apparel (ankle to wrist coverage in cotton and closed toe shoes).

Cost

• WRX Club Members Early Bird: $300 (Until 15th November)
• WRX Club Members: $320
• WRX Club Members Late Entry: $350 (From 30th November)
• Non Members: $360 (Until 11th November)
• Non Members Late Entry: $400 (From 30th November)

Entries close: 5:00pm, 4th December 2026

All drivers get inlcuded bacon and egg roll breakfast and lunch from Booma's BBQ. Beef Brisket, Pulled pork and sides. 

Before / Arrival / During

Before the event

• Read the Supplementary Regulations.
• Ensure access to your Motorsport Australia licence.
• Have proof of club membership.

Pre-event Drivers Briefing

We will conduct an online pre-event drivers briefing.

This is not mandatory, but highly recommended especially if you are new to track days, new to the venue or new to WRX Club days. Great chance for Q&A.

Thursday December 3rd, 7pm -> 8pm

On arrival

• Arrive before 7:00am.
• Sign on with license and membership proof.
• Prepare vehicle for scrutineering.
• Attend Drivers Briefing (8:15am).

During the day

• Listen for PA announcements.
• Observe pit lane speed limit (10kph).
• Follow official instructions.
• 95dB noise limit at 30m applies.

Passengers

• Must sign passenger waiver at drivers sign on to get an armband
• A suitable helmet compliant with Schedule D (minimum AS 1698).
• Suitable apparel (ankle to wrist coverage in cotton and closed toe shoes).
• Must not film, use phones or any other devices whilst in the car
• Must be over 12 years of age and be able to be safety restrained at the discresion of the chief scrutineer. 

Logistics

Food & drink: 

• Drivers get breakfast and lunch included
• Lunch serves are limited, so must be pre-purchased either during drivers regsitration or via the spectator registration. 
• Spectators can purchase breakfast from the canteen
• Coffees\drinks\snacks can be also purchased from the canteen

Garages: $50, first in first served and must be pre-booked
